Notice: Your battery must be at least 60%

First of all turn off your phone. Then by pressing the buttons mentioned below, you enter a menu, there select wipe data / factory reset (by moving the cursor with volume up / volume down buttons).

This will delete all data of your phone and will set the phone to the state when first bought.
Select your phone and follow the instructions.

ZTE V9

Press together: Volume Down + Power

You can also try dialing *983*987# or *983*57# from emergency calls.

Zte Blade

Press together: Home + Volume Up + Power On

ZTE Cricket

Power OFF the device and while OFF simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down, Camera, and the Power keys for 10 seconds.

When the Android icon is displayed touch the Menu sensor key.

Scroll with the Volume Down key to “wipe data/factory reset” and press the camera button.

Scroll with Volume Down key to: “Yes — delete all user data” and press the camera button.

When Data wipe is completed the option “Reboot system now” is highlighted, press the camera key to reboot the device.

Press together: Volume + Home + Power
