Small apps are miniature apps that run on top of other applications on the same screen so you can have two apps live and running at the same time. This enables multitasking and its really easy to do two or more jobs at the same time.
For example, you can have a webpage open showing details of currency exchange rates and then open the Calculator small app on top of it and perform calculations.
You can access your small apps via the favourites bar. Not every app is a small app. You have to download more small apps from Google Play.
To open a small app
1. Go to your favourites bar by pressing the double windows button
2. Tap the small app that you want to open.
You can open several small apps at the same time.
Close a small app: Just press the X button on the top right of the small app.
Move the small app: When the small app is open, touch and hold the top left corner of the small app, then move it to the desired location.
Rearrange the small apps in the favourites bar: Touch and hold a small app and drag it to the desired position.
Remove a small app from the favourites bar: Touch and hold a small app, then drag it to the bin.
Restore a previously removed small app: Open the favourites bar, then tap the up arrow and then touch and hold the small app that you want to restore, then drag it into the favourites bar.
Get more small apps
1. From the small apps bar, tap the up arrow
2. Tap the + button
3. Selece Google Play
4. Search for the small app that you want to download
5. Follow the instructions to download it
6. Complete the installation
