Impressive photo technology
HTC’s bet on the camera technology is crucial. I don’t know if it will be a winner but it’s something different.
HTC One has a camera of only 4MP but with a special technology called Ultrapixel.
This technology let more light on the photos. As a result it can take better pictures in low light conditions.
Other phones on the same level have 13MP or 8MP or even 41MP cameras with other technology.
It is true that HTC’s phone takes better photos on low light conditions but when you zoom in on that photos you loose the details.
So here you have to decide if you want better low light photos or better and more detailed photos.
This Ultrapixel technology is not the only new photo technology on that phone.
HTC has a new technology called Zoe. You can find this Zoe button on the photo camera screen.
Zoe will let you take moving pictures, like gifs. Zoe takes 15 pictures and put them to a moving one. It is impressive and I like that effect. I don’t know if I will use it on my everyday life but I like it.
HTC One has also a lot of photo filters to add to your photos. Like Instagram you can use some of the filters to make the final photo look great.
The final result is artistic and beautiful and you can share these photos on Facebook, Twitter or by email.
On the Gallery app, you can see a beautiful video demo of your photos. The phone organises the photos on albums.
When you choose an album you can see a beautiful presentation of the photos inside the album
HTC photo technology is really great and I can tell this phone is a photo phone.
