Alcatel devices unlocking tips
All Alcatel devices can be hard reseted by pressing together the buttons Volume Up + Power On.
By pressing the two buttons you can enter the emergency menu and then we select factory hard reset.
If your device has a normal keyboard and not a touch one, we press together the # button and power on. In the questions that pop ups on the phone, we reply Yes.
Notice: Your battery must be at least 60%
