I have my Samsung Galaxy S3, some reasons to love it or hate it.
Love it:
– The customization options, so many stuff to customize, you may be lost in options but if you are an Android lover like I am, you gonna love it
– The battery is good, it’s a big battery that gives you plenty of time to talk and stand by. Moreover there is a percentage choice to show how many battery left.
– Fast. This phone is fast and you can understand that if you go back to a dual phone like HTC Desire X. Samsung Galaxy S3 has a quad core processor and who said quad cores are a waste of power? I open big sites, run video and take photos and swap between apps in great speed. I like quad core technology on phones.
– Slim as a leef. This is good to see and impressive. It also fits into a pocket and this is a reason to buy it. Until you sit with this in the backpocket.
Hate it:
– The camera is not as good as in other phones. The camera on HTC One X is much better although both have 8MP. Samsung has really a lot of work to do on the camera software. Bad in low light, bad in video and difficult to handle between photo and video.
– Calendar: Samsung wants you to use the Samsung calendar. I don’t. So we had a little battle over ther as the Samsung calendar gets by default and doesn’t change. So the Samsung account was deleted. I love Android because I can change phones and still have my accounts. The Samsung account won’t help.
– Google Images & Picasa: Picasa is something I don’t use. I have some crap photos over ther and this phone brought the crap on my daily menu. It messes the photos I got from the camera photo with the crap on Picasa. Wrong. Really wrong. And there is no way to correct that. No options to make the Picasa photos disapear.
– The screen of the phone is big, too big for my hands. I need two fingers to handle that phone and that’s not always easy. I believe that in 5 years from now 4.7 inch phones will be a joke.
